X ExpoTattoo Estepona 2025 to Bring Together Over 120 International Artists for Its 10th Edition
The event will have a charitable focus and feature a new format allowing more artists to work live.
Estepona, March 6, 2025
The 10th edition of ExpoTattoo Estepona will take place from March 7 to 9 at the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos, gathering over 120 national and international tattoo artists. As in previous years, the event will have a charitable purpose, with funds raised going to the Asociación de Voluntarios de Oncología Infantil del Hospital Materno Infantil de Málaga (AVOI).
An International Event with a Charitable Purpose
ExpoTattoo Estepona has firmly established itself as one of the three most important tattoo events in Spain, attracting renowned artists from around the world. This year, attendees will have the opportunity to meet tattoo artists from countries such as Colombia, Brazil, England, France, Venezuela, Romania, and the Czech Republic, in addition to several local and national representatives. The highlight of the event will be guest artist Miguel Morales, a renowned tattooist from Jerez.
The event is organized by Art-Tattoo Estepona in collaboration with the Estepona City Council and has been highly praised by the Councilor for Youth, Julia Simón, who emphasized the importance of the event for the town. "Estepona has become a reference within the national tattoo scene, and it is an honor to host this exhibition again, which also has a strong charitable component," said the councilor.
New Features for the 10th Edition
One of the main novelties this year is the change in the event’s format. According to Antonio Guerrero, the event coordinator, the European model will be implemented, allowing the public to interact more with the artists as they will all be working in the same room. "There will be tattoo artists creating large-scale pieces that will take the full three days to complete," Guerrero noted.
In addition, attendees will be able to watch tattoo artists compete in a total of 12 different categories, with prizes awarded for the best works of each day. The competitions will culminate on Sunday, March 9, with the presentation of awards for the "Best Tattoo" of the event.
Activities and Affordable Prices
The event will open its doors to the public at 12:00 p.m. each day. In addition to live tattooing, attendees will enjoy various activities, including live music performances. The evenings on Friday and Saturday will conclude with musical shows at 7:00 p.m., followed by the tattoo contest for the best tattoo of the day.
Admission to the event will cost a symbolic fee of 5 euros, making it accessible to a wide audience. Part of the funds raised will go to AVOI, allowing attendees to enjoy the convention while contributing to a worthy cause. A bar with affordable prices will also be available for those wishing to take a break while visiting the different booths and watching the tattoo artists at work.
An Event for the Whole Family
ExpoTattoo Estepona is not only a gathering for tattoo enthusiasts but also for those looking to experience a complete cultural event. With the support of the Estepona City Council and the active participation of AVOI volunteers, this event has become an unmissable part of the town’s cultural calendar.
This year, the convention promises not only to be a celebration of tattoo art but also a space for inclusion and solidarity, where the local community and visitors can enjoy themselves while supporting a crucial cause, such as the fight against childhood cancer.
The 10th edition of ExpoTattoo Estepona is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated events of the season, not only for the high-quality tattoo artists participating but also for its strong social and charitable impact. From March 7 to 9, Estepona will become the focal point for all tattoo enthusiasts and curious onlookers, all while supporting a good cause.
