Exxacon Invests 17 Million in New Luxury Development in Estepona
The Marbella-based developer launches Isidora Living Las Mesas with 43 homes to be delivered in 2029.
Exxacon Smart Living strengthens its presence on the Costa del Sol with the launch of Isidora Living Las Mesas, a new residential development in Estepona representing an investment exceeding 17 million euros. The Marbella-based developer, which celebrated its 25th anniversary last September, continues its expansion in the Costa del Sol region with this fourth launch in less than a year. “In less than a year we have carried out four new development launches nationwide, two of them on the Costa del Sol, which reinforces our presence in a strategic location for us and underpins the sustained growth of our company,” stated Gastón Aigneren, CEO of Exxacon Smart Living.
Project Features
The residential complex extends over an area exceeding 4,000 square meters and distributes its 43 homes across apartments, ground-floor units with gardens, and penthouses. Starting prices are set at 438,000 euros, varying according to each property’s characteristics, and the developer has already sold 50% of the units in pre-sale.
The homes, designed under the “Smart Living” business philosophy, incorporate sustainability, technology, energy efficiency, and design criteria to guarantee the highest quality standards.
High-End Amenities
The common areas of Isidora Living Las Mesas stand out for their premium facilities. The complex features a rooftop equipped with a solarium, heated jacuzzi, barbecue, and snack area, plus a swimming pool, living area with integrated kitchen, and landscaped gardens.

The development is situated in the Las Mesas area, considered one of the luxury benchmarks on the western Costa del Sol. According to data from real estate agent Serneholt Estate, this area currently hosts 10 high-end properties for sale with prices ranging between 300,000 and 1.3 million euros.
The complex is located just minutes from the beach and Estepona town center, surrounded by a wide range of services, shops, and leisure areas. The development benefits from excellent connections via the A-7 motorway, facilitating access to locations such as Marbella, Puerto Banús, or Málaga city.
Ambitious Investment Plan
This launch is part of Exxacon Smart Living’s expansion plan, which for the 2023-2026 period contemplated 700 million euros in investment. After completing its first quarter-century, the developer announced an additional outlay of 330 million euros earmarked for building 1,000 homes between 2027 and 2032.
Elena Cuberos, the developer’s general director, emphasized that this project reflects the company’s “natural evolution” and its commitment to promoting homes that “respond to people’s needs, adapting to market trends”.
Exxacon Smart Living, founded in Marbella in 2000, has developed 46 developments and 2,750 homes to date, currently managing 19 active developments totaling 1,500 homes at different stages of development. Its projects are distributed across the Costa del Sol, Málaga capital, the Community of Madrid, Seville, Valencia, and Alicante.
