Four teams will battle for promotion to Spain's top women's basketball division, Liga Femenina Endesa, with two of them from Málaga: CAB Estepona and Unicaja Mijas, facing off in this decisive phase.
Promotion to the Top Tier at Stake
This weekend, Estepona will be the venue where it will be decided which team will join Leganés in earning a spot in the Liga Femenina Endesa. After months of fierce competition, only four teams have secured their places in the Final Four. The event will feature two Málaga teams, CAB Estepona and Unicaja Mijas, both of which will fight for a coveted spot in the top tier of women's basketball. Unicaja Mijas: The debutants in the Final Four secured their place after beating Adareva Tenerife at home (73-43), following a narrow defeat in the first leg (59-54).
CAB Estepona: The hosts are entering their second Final Four after eliminating Paterna with two decisive victories, 73-82 and 94-42, with the latter setting a record margin of victory.

Final Four Schedule
The Final Four semifinals are already set, and the matchups leave no doubt about the high level of competition to be experienced in Estepona:
CAB Estepona vs Azul Marino Mallorca Palma: The first semifinal will be held on Saturday, May 17, at 17:30. The Estepona team, who finished second in the regular season, will face Mallorca Palma, who secured their spot after defeating La Salle Melilla.
Unicaja Mijas vs Recoletas Zamora: The second semifinal will take place at 19:45 on the same day. Unicaja Mijas, who finished third in the regular season, will face Recoletas Zamora, a team with experience in elite competition.

A Renovated Venue for the Final Four
The Liga Challenge Final Four will take place at Pabellón La Lobilla, a venue that has been adapted for the event with a seating capacity of 1,000 spectators, thanks to the installation of additional temporary seating. This marks the second consecutive year that Estepona will host this decisive phase, though this time, the event has been moved from the José Antonio Pineda due to seating capacity restrictions.
The timing of the event coincides with Estepona's Feria de San Isidro, which could lead to higher traffic and parking congestion in the area. Spectators are advised to arrive early to find parking and avoid delays.
Tickets and How to Get Them
Tickets for the Final Four will not be sold separately but will be offered as all-inclusive passes with a flat price of 45 euros. Interested fans can request their passes via the official CAB Estepona website. Starting Thursday, May 15, the passes will be sent online to those who purchase them.
Each participating club (CAB Estepona, Unicaja Mijas, Azul Marino Mallorca Palma, and Recoletas Zamora) has been allocated 150 tickets, which they must confirm or reject by Wednesday, May 14, at midnight. If any tickets remain, they will go on sale from that point forward.
