Brosh Invests €125 Million in 169 Premium Homes in Estepona
The developer leads the Camino Cortes Sur sector development after urbanizing 127,000 m² with a €20 million investment
Brosh has completed the comprehensive transformation of the Camino Cortes Sur sector in Estepona, an urban development project spanning 127,000 m² with capacity for 320 homes, where the developer holds the majority stake in the Compensation Board. The company presents its first two developments in the area—Naya Residences and Nyra Residences—totaling 169 high-end homes with a combined investment of €125 million.
Real estate developer Brosh has finalized the urbanization process of the Camino Cortes Sur sector following a €20 million investment, establishing itself as the main driver of this urban transformation in Estepona. The project encompasses the entire development cycle, from land acquisition to reparcelation and creation of residential plots, in close collaboration with Estepona City Council.
First Development Launches New Premium Line
Naya Residences, whose construction began last October 15th, inaugurates a new premium and exclusive housing product line within Brosh’s portfolio. This residential complex features 88 high-end homes targeting high-net-worth individuals, primarily international buyers.
The project includes spacious two and three-bedroom homes priced between €668,000 and €915,000. Common areas incorporate a swimming pool, gym, community room, and landscaped gardens.
Second Development in Pre-Launch Phase
Nyra Residences, currently in pre-launch, complements the offering with 81 homes that maintain the premium characteristics of its sister development. Both projects share design philosophy and amenities, focusing on spacious layouts and exclusive services.
“At Brosh, we believe that urban development is a way of building the future. Our purpose is clear: to transform the city through projects that generate value, promote sustainability, and improve people’s lives,” stated Efraín Marín, Brosh’s southern regional manager.
Commitment to Sustainability and Environment
The Camino Cortes Sur sector has been developed under sustainability and environmental respect criteria. The project integrates buildings with the natural surroundings, enhancing landscaping and restoring the riverbanks of streams crossing the sector.
The developer has designed a planned urban development that distances itself from speculative models, with a vision focused on urban quality and environmental respect. This approach aligns with the company’s strategy to create benchmark residential spaces on the Costa del Sol.

Redefining Commercial Strategy
With these two developments, Brosh redefines its product strategy by focusing on an exclusive and distinctive line. The new approach targets discerning clients seeking design, comfort, and a privileged location in one of the most sought-after residential destinations on the Western Costa del Sol.
The company, founded in 2011 with presence in Madrid, Catalonia, and Andalusia, employs over 60 professionals and manages the entire residential development process under the motto “Homes that give life.”
The Camino Cortes Sur sector is consolidated as one of Estepona’s most ambitious urban development projects in recent years, with total capacity for 320 homes once fully completed. First deliveries of Naya Residences are scheduled for the next 24 months.
